Does the bonus damage controls give to hull stack? Or is it the same no matter how many you put on and only the shield/armor bonuses stack? I can't get ingame right now to check, but a damage control I gives 50% resists to each hull resist. Putti...

Ok I can see that perhaps making it so the capital ships can only enter non-empire space is too ecourage people to go to 0.0, but its kinda dumb that the (i am just using the caldari as an example dame goes for all races) "Caldari's" capital ships...
